Pastis
Pastis is an aniseed-flavoured, spicy yellow beverage that emulsifies (becomes milky) when mixed with water. Drink neat or mixed with 5 parts water, tonic. Mix 1 part Pastis with 5 parts orange juice for a “Harvey Wallbanger”. Try it, it’s delectable!
