Copper Mesh
Copper mesh is an excellent choice for column packing due to its very high surface area and low volume. The copper acts as a catalyst and reduces sulphur compounds in the distillate. It is supplied in a 25ft. length which is more than sufficient to pack a 2″ diameter x 36″ length column.
